Processing Time All products are made to order. Once you place your order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 8–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders (including the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia), customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
